[c-nsp] pixhelp

To get https to work you must enable the process and
you must define what addresses are permitted to use
https to the PIX. It would look something like this:

http server enable
http 172.31.1.0 255.255.255.0 inside

You may also need to configure authentication for
https and specify the authentication method is
LOCAL.
