[c-nsp] SCE8000 Issue

I'm getting this error:

SCE8000#show running-config
The management-agent is currently not operational. If you proceed,
the configuration of the management-agent will not be shown.
If the system is waiting for a PQI installation to finish, it is advised
to abort this operation now, wait until the
management-agent is operational, and then issue this command again.
It is possible to query the state of the management-agent by using the
CLI command "show management-agent".

I'm not able to find anything related with this ? Any hints ?
