Yes. You can use 6500 linecards in 7600 (eg. WS-X67xx CFC/DFC series cards).

Exception are new linecards designed for Sup-2T (PFC4/DFC4 based).
They are not supported as 7600 is PFC3/DFC3 system (RSP720/SUP720).
