[c-nsp] URL Filter problem

We have a couple 881's with the URL filtering subscription.  I have enabled
both URL filtering PAKs.  But on one of my 881's I'm getting the following
message:

6/18/2011 7:06 PM : FW_TRM-3-TRPS_ERROR  154: Jun 19 02:05:58.058:
%FW_TRM-3-TRPS_ERROR: TRPS indicated Authentication Failure Error. All
Subscriptions will be disabled

Do I open a case with Licensing?  or TAC?  or is there something else I
should be doing?
