[c-nsp] how many maximum BGP routers can be to reside in one AS?

Why on gods green earth would anyone fully mesh 2500 routers.  Next let's
try 2500 switches with spanning tree off. OP said he was using RR's already
so I didn't really feel the need to explain that.
