[c-nsp] Cisco 6509-E w/ VS-S720-10GE Password recovery

Could be lots of reasons.  Is a redundant sup taking over?  Are you setting
the config register on the SP or the RP?  If you set the SP and not the RP,
the MSFC will boot normally with config and password prompt you.  There are
docs on CCO that cover this all pretty well.

I managed to lock myself out of this switch i am configuring however it's
not taking the following

control break
rommon 1> confreg 0x2142
rommon 2> reset

do anybody in here know the configuration registry code because 0x2141 is
not working.  Please help
