[c-nsp] Traffic Control

Hi , i have 2 subnets 
subnet A is assigned to servers connected to Router A
and subnet B is assigned to a Leased Line connection terminated to Router B (Internet connection)
i want to control subnet B in a fashion just to access subnet A (dont access the internet)
what is the best way to accomplish this?
