[c-nsp] SPA-1XOC12-POS, Setup as STM1

Hi,

I have the following card SPA-1XOC12-POS on a Cisco ASR.

show int pos0/2/0
POS0/2/0 is down, line protocol is down
  Hardware is SPA-1XOC12-POS
  MTU 4470 bytes, BW 622000 Kbit/sec, DLY 100 usec,


I wanted to know if the card can be configured to work as STM1. If so how
the configuration is to be done.
