[c-nsp] Nexus 7010 5.1 to 5.2 upgrade

Any reason you are not going to 6.0(3) code ?  It was released at about
same time and the release notes actually were published earlier ?

I am in the same boat - thought I would move to 6. now to make future
upgrades a little easier.
