[c-nsp] Problem with 7200 and 12.2(33)SRE upgrade

Hi,

We faced a similar problem before during IOS upgrade but it was another
version than you are using, the problem was solved after applying the
command "atm clock internal" under the ATM main interface, hope that this
solve your problem two.
