Just to rule 100% power issues out - do you have these on any sort of UPS ?
perhaps one with monitoring capabilities.
I have a test lab with a 6506, one on city power and one on UPS. Does
not matter how I swap them, the city power fed one every once in a
while throws a trap on power supply issues.
