URL is about RSP, OP was talking about RP. Unsure if by intention. If we
look 9922 which does not have integrated fabric and route-engine, it's
classic design like GSR or JNPR. Then no packet loss is the default, due to
RP having no role in forwarding.

If we look integrated solution like RSP, then some magic needs to occur and
small packet loss will happen, unless fabric packets are specifically
ackked.
