Mmmmm interesting..... It could be something like this:

interface gigabitethernet0/2 > Trunk vs DLSAM/MSAN/FTTH Aggregator
switchport mode trunk
switchport trunk allowed vlan none
service instance 1 Ethernet > Customer 1
 encapsulation dot1q 10 second-dot1q 20
rewrite ingress tag pop 2 symmetric
 bridge-domain 101
service instance 2 Ethernet > Customer 2
 encapsulation dot1q 10 second-dot1q 21
rewrite ingress tag pop 2 symmetric
 bridge-domain 102

interface vlan 101
description L3 SVI Customer 1
ip address 10.0.0.1 255.255.255.0

interface vlan 102
description L3 SVI Customer 2
ip address 10.0.1.1 255.255.255.0

But the ME3600X support all features of an MPLS Edge node (MBGP, VPLS,
MPLSVPN, QoS etc.) ?
I can't found in Cisco documentation how many SVI an ME3600X can support
