[c-nsp] Fwd: BGP Signalled VPLS on ME3600

Hi,

Im having a strange issue with a BGP signalled VPLS on my ME3600.  I'm running 15.3.2(s).

The VFI comes up but the virtual circuit stays down with the following error:-
