[c-nsp] Network training clases

Hi,

It has been my experience that even vendor specific courses are useful.
 Our network is mostly HP and Cisco and taking the Cisco
courses/certifications has greatly helped our staff.  The first-level Cisco
(CCNA) covers all the things that one would need to troubleshoot HP,
especially since the syntax is quite similar between the two brands.
