This is what we use, and it used to work fine.
Test it... "debug standby terse" and then shu/noshu one of the VLAN
interfaces... and if it doesn't work, yell at TAC.
(Insert rant about the general silliness of "standby version 2" here,
maybe it's just broken in v2...)
