[c-nsp] CWDM SFP+ on N7K

Hi,

Keep in mind SFP+ module power consumption also. Most modules requires Icc=450mA and below, but there are DWDM (and may be CWDM) SFP+ which need more power (600mA and high). Even if EEPROM stores absolutely correct data, if board unable to provide enough power module don't initialize properly.
In most cases power available for SFP+ ports can be diged from SFP+ modules datasheets and compatibility matrixes. Try to spend some time on it.
