This sounds like a bad idea: the 7600 end-of-life has been announced by Cisco:

This means that unless you are getting these devices cheap off ebay, you're
wasting your money on them.

Depending on how many ports you need, the ASR9001 may do what you want.
For sure, asr9k boxes are much better than 7600 series in every respect.
