[cisco-voip] IPCC Express - JTAPI Triggers

We've got a translation to our CTI routepoint trigger and it works fine. Have you checked your search space on your translation?

  You know, the translation was the first tihng I tried, but I get the 
  fast busy with that too...  so I just figured you can't use a 
  translation pattern on a CTI route point...is that correct or incorrect?
