[cisco-voip] IPCC Express - JTAPI Triggers

We have CRS applications with multiple numbers attached to them on our IPCC
X server. Here is the hairbrained scheme that I have been using for many
months with no problems.

Create your CTI-route point with 1 number on it. Setup all your
associations and setup the application in CRS.

Now, add a 2nd DN to your existing CTI route point and set it to call
forward all to the first DN that you defined. (I've done as many as 44.
Silly, I know... talk to my marketing folks not me...)

Here are the caveats...

All numbers show up in the appliction as the 1st DN. If you are doing
treatment in your script based on originating number, you need to look for
'originalcallednumber' not callednumber.

You cannot add a route point to CRS that has more than 1 DN defined on it.
It will never be selectable within the Jtapi trigger screen. You can add as
many as you want after the fact, just not before.

I hope this helps.

Charles

Bah, it's not working..I'm opening a TAC case to just see if my
translation pattern stuff is screwy... Thanks for all the
suggestions..I at least verified I was trying the right things..
