[cisco-voip] CCM 3.3(4) Cluster config

1. You'll want to make the phones register to the subscriber first, and publisher second.
2. To make the H.323 gateway talk to the subscriber and publisher make another dial-peer exactly like the one you have except change the address to the subscriber. You'll also want to add "preference 1" to the peer pointing at the publisher. This will make it the second choice, if the subscriber isn't available. By default, each dial-peer is "preference 0". You can see this if you do a "show dial-peer voice summary".
3. CDR records are all sent to the publisher for storage. No CDR records are stored anywhere else but there. I believe by default the CDR database will collect a maximum of 2 million records.

As for your CTI route points and ports, what is registering these ports? If it's a Cisco product such as the CRS engine, you can have it dual-home by putting the addresses of both the subscriber and publisher in the configuration separated by a space.

Subject: [cisco-voip] CCM 3.3(4) Cluster config

Hi!

I have a Cisco callmanager Cluster 3.3(4) and a H.323 Voice gateway.
In the cluster are a publisher and one subscriber.
The cluster is configured and the IP Phones can register to the publisher and to the subscriber. Actually config is that the IP Phones register to the publisher and when the publisher fails then they register to the subscriber.

As far as good. Now here my problem.
I have several questions.

On the Publisher I have some CTI-Route Points and some CTI-Route Ports.
How can I made them available on both callmanagers ?
At this time, if the publisher fails, my CTI-Route configuration fails too.

On the voice gateway I have a dial-peer which directs to the publisher. How can I configure the router to use the subscriber, if the publisher fails ?
Here my actually config of the dial-peer :
  dial-peer voice 101 voip
description Dial-Peer fuer Gespraeche zum CCM1 in Kiel
  destination-pattern [1-5]..
  session target ipv4:1.1.1.1
  dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric
  codec g711ulaw
  no vad

Now my last question.
I've configured both callmanager to collect cdr records.
On the publisher, I've installed the CDR Analysis tool (CAR).
Are the cdr record automatically recorded to one database ?
If not, what should I do in order to collect the cdr records in one database?

Thanks in advance
  Ahmad
