If I remember things correctly, the AGM has been discontinued. You may
want to factor that into your choice (as in using an external gateway
product).

Subject: [cisco-voip] Cat 4506 w/ SRST and AGM
Putting up a new office and I want to use a 4506 as the core switch (ILP
for the phones) and also terminate my WAN and PRI connections.
What are the pros and cons of going with a 4500 for the core switch/wan
router?
Here is a summary:
-Call Manager is Remote (across the WAN) -Need to support Conferences
-Need to support 90 Phones in SRST
-1 Voice PRI
-1 Wan T1's
I'm looking at a:
4506
SupII Plus
WS-X4604-GWY (terminate WAN/PRI/Conference/XCODE) 2xPWR-C45-1300ACV
(1300 Watt Voice enabled PS)
What else do I need?
DSPs (how many?)
Special modules (other than VWIC-2MFT, etc)?
Can the 4506 SupII have dial peers?
MGCP?
H323?
I normally install a 3725 with Stand alone switches, but wanted a
unified switch and router with redundant power.
Any suggestions are welcome and most appreciated, Thank you,
-=Vandy=-
