[cisco-voip] ATA problems

Somebody already mentioned this.

Actually, it seems that ATA186-Ls had problems with faxing at 14.4 kbps, so
Cisco created the ATA186s (without the 'L'). 

It seems that now the same story is happening with SuperG3 faxes (33.6
kbps)...
