[cisco-voip] Cisco gatekeeper Radius attributes missing

             Hi,

 I recently configured my 2600 gatekeeper to send accounting records to a 
FreeRadius server with PostgreSQL backend.
The problem is that two type of Radius attributes are not being sent by
the gatekeeper (whilst sent by a cisco gateway, like 5300/5350):
h323-setup-time and h323-voice-quality.
IOS is 12.3-1a
