[cisco-voip] Connect CCM to H.323 network

Not sure if this helps, I'm new to Callmanager as well, but when
attaching to a 3rd party gatekeeper, I've always had to manipulate the
Media Termination Point and Media resource Group settings. I've
successfully have used IP trunks to a Multitech Mulitiviop gateway and
a Avaya IP Office with such a configuration.
