[cisco-voip] CCM 4.1(2)

WRT to CM being a member of the domain...
As long as you understand the impact your domain security policies will 
have on CCM service accounts and things like that it shouldn't cause 
too many problems.

Just remember for upgrades, etc it's always better to take the server 
out of the domain first.
