[cisco-voip] bulk subscriber reset tool not working - recorded names not deleted

We're having problems with the bulk subscriber reset tool. It looks like the messages and greetings are being deleted but the recorded name is not. The log shows no errors, and I am logging in as the message store facing account. 

Does anyone have any ideas?
