[cisco-voip] Extension Mobility Login Unsuccessful Error:[2]

Dear All,
 
I'm using CCM 4.01 with AD integration. I have followed the
administration guide to configure the EM service. But when I select
the "login" in the service menu, it shows "Login Unsuccessful
Error:[2]" immediately. I even don't have chance to enter the userid
and PIN.
 
I check the http://<server>/emservice/EMServiceServlet, it shows: type
- Exception Error, message - Internal Server Error, description - The
server encountered an internal error (Internal Server Error) that
prevented it from fulfilling this request.
 
I also check the log file in CCM server C:\Program
Files\Cisco\Trace\EM\EMApp00x.txt, the content is:

Would anyone know what the problem is ?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
