[cisco-voip] Extension Mobility Login Unsuccessful Error:[2]

Remember the little pop-up about setting the passwords for CCMSysUser 
and CCMAdministrator you got at the end of the AD plugin install?

Use the passwordutils (c:\program files\cisco\bin) to set the password 
for CCMSysUser.  Make sure this user exists in AD first.

Would anyone know what the problem is ?? Any help would be greatly 
appreciated.
