No, I didn't install CSA. I tried to stop Symantec AntiVirus Service and run
the CCMPwdChanger but still the same. Can I just paste the encrypted
password from passwordutils to HKEY_LOCAL_Machine\Software\Cisco System,
Inc.\Directory Configuration\Appusers\CCMSysUser\Password ??

Sounds like you have CSA running. Try disabling it before running
ccmpwdchanger.

Dear Ryan,
When I try to use CCMPwdChanger, it prompt out the error message "Run-time
error: 5": Invalid procedure call or argument. I already reboot the server
but still the same. Do you know how to fix this ? Thanks a lot !!

Ack, sorry in ADUC you put the unencrypted password just as you would set it
for any normal AD user. CCMPwdChanger is the utility I was
thinking of. Passwordutils is only for pre-4.x systems. In 4.x we
use a different method of encrypting ldap passwords.

Dear Ryan,
Thanks for your help. I am little confused about setting password to CCM
SysUser by using "passwordutils". Do I just use the encrypted code from
passwordutils and paste it to "AD Users and Computers" ??
