Setup our DHCP scopes and then on the router on each layer 3 interface
put ip helper-address x.x.x.x (IP address of DHCP server).
That should be all you need.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Multiple Scopes Config for DHCP Server
Hi,
I need to setup about 20 scopes on a Windows 2000 DHCP Server at a
Central CallManager site so that the IP Phones and PCs at the 20
remote sites pull up their respective Subnet/Vlan IP Addresses.
Any tips for the Server/Router/Vlan Switch port config will be highly
appreciated.
Thanks
-Nasser.
