[cisco-voip] Call Manager CDR's

Things to check (some of which you may have already done):
CCM Service Parameter CDR Enabled true on every node?
CDR Insert service activated on the Publisher (should not be activated
on any server but the publisher)?
c:\program files\cisco\calldetail folder hasn't had its share removed
for some reason?
How many rows are in the CallDetailRecord table in your CDR database
currently? The limit should be around 2 million.
Errors in the app log for CDR Insert?
Basically it comes down to two things. If CDR flat files are
accumulating in the calldetail\CDR folder then CDR Insert can't put
them into SQL for some reason.
If they aren't even getting there then the CCM process isn't writing
them or can't write them.
CCM traces should show you the CDR data being written at the end of
each call. I don't know where the errors would accumulate if it wasn't
able to write to the CallDetail folder for some reason.

Hopefully a quick question.
I'm running 4.0.2a SR1. I've been trying to do some CDR analysis. All
CDR's are supposed to be going into SQL. But when trying to query the
DB, I only find data several months ago and it hasn't updated since.
The SQL server is running, everything else is working properly for
quite some time. All services are running properly. The configuration
is correct. They're not going into text. Nothing related to it is in
the logs. Restart of the machine doesn't do anything.
The logs stopped updating around the same time I upgraded to SR1. I
didn't read anything about the upgrade that would affect it in the
documentation.
Any ideas how to kick start it?
Thanks
Brandon
