take a look here for a list of reason codes as to why the phone might have reloaded.

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/phones/ps379/products_administration_guide_chapter09186a00800b608b.html#wp1017926

when the phone reloads, ask the user to go through the steps and report back what the phone tells you. it will tell you the reason as well as an uptime so you can use this as a starting point and try to find something in the logs as well.

I have the most aggravating problem, a remote user with a 7960 and
7914 keeps calling about her phone just randomly rebooting.

I don't really know what to do to troubleshoot this, and would love to
hear some ideas. She is the only one reporting a problem, and I just
dont know where to start with troubleshooting this.

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
