[cisco-voip] IPCC:VoIP Monitor Server

Hello,

I haven't installed the IPCC service VoIP monitoring server because I don't want to use it. The problem is that every time I open the supervisor desktop and select the team, I get a warning message saying that it is not possible to access the VoIP monitor: is it possible to disable this? I mean, I don't want the supervisor software to try to reach this service because I am not using it, and I don't want this warning message to appear every time the supervisor logs in...

Any idea?

Many thanks,

Ruben

How many CTI ports do you have for that script? Sounds like it's only
1.

Hello All,

I have configured single route point for ICD, when I make a single call
to route point call goes through to the ICD, however if I try making
another call, it goes to busy tone.

I have noticed however if an agent picks up first call, and I try
dialing again I get success. But this does not solve my problem I need
second call to go to ICD even though first call never gets picked up by
agent.

Kind Regards

Nesen.
