[cisco-voip] No DT on one extension with CME

I had something similiar to the problem you are having. What it ended up being was a call from that DN was stuck in Limbo connected to VM (CUE). I was able to do a 'sh call voice active summary' to see the call and get the call id and then do a clear call voice.

The cool thing is that the problem follows the DN, if you put it on another phone, the other phone exhibits the same bizarre behavior.
You can pick up the phone, the first DN is selected, you hear no dialtone. The display on the phone is as if you were making a normal call. You can dial and it says ring out, but the other phone will not ring. Other DNs on the same phone (in different spots) work fine.

I have set the router to reboot at 2AM and that might clear it up, but I would rather give them a real solution to the problem
