[cisco-voip] Turning off Playback of "Undeliverable" message in

To Exchange a voicemail is simply an email with a wav attachment. I
can't imagine there is any difference between a VM NDR and an email NDR.

Thanks again for the suggestion. I'd like to avoid making rules if
possible, but that is a valid workaround.
