Hi Scott,
For the CRS route, no $ for users on CM AFAIK, though a bit of admin work.
create dummy phones (or CTI ports) with DN's that match the PBX user's DN
configure CallFwdAll (CFA) with a route pattern & css so when that
number is called, the call traverses trunks to your PBX correctly.
now create users with appropriate first/last names and associate to the
respective phone. Make sure to select the dummy phone's extension as
the primary extension for that user. This is what the CRS AA script
uses when you do option #2 spell by name.
If you prefer to use Unity's AA, then Lelio's post is spot on with using
internet subscribers. Just remember to setup your transfer destination,
CSS and route patterns so when unity attempts transfer, it does reach
the PBX :
