[cisco-voip] Problem with Softphone

Dear All,

I have CCM 3.3 running for the company phones. The extensions are configured on VG-248 with Analog phones. I have a cisco softphone on my Laptop configured as the shared line with my telephone. The softphone log's into the CCM and also shares my extension number. For local outbound we use "0" to pick up the local trunks. And "736" is used as the access for long distance trunk.

>From my analog phone the "0" and "736" both work and I am able to make local and long distance calls. But from my softphone the option "0" works but then the long distance access code of "736" doesn't work. When I dial the access code and the long distance number it shows be 'bad address' on the softphone and call doesn't connect.

The device pools and the partitions for both the shared extensions are same. So the dialing permissions are same on both the softphone and analog phone but still problem persists.

Can anyone help me with some pointers.

Regards,
