[cisco-voip] Problem with Softphone

Dear Peter,
 
Yes they are in same device pool and have equal search spaces and partitions also. But the analog phone gets all privileges and the softphone doesnt work for the Long distance calling, though the extension dialling and local outbound works fine from softphone.
