[cisco-voip] Need advice on call coverage [Email Checked - APAC]

Hi Shuichi,

A custom CTI Applicatoin could achieve this.  I believe scripting is 
available in CRS to do this in the near term.

In the long term Cisco is looking to incorporate this functionality into 
CallManager natively.
