[cisco-voip] TSP and Outlook

I have had issue with TSP dropping the assigned line under Outlook 2000
and 2003. Reinstalling generally brings it back but I also discovered
that going into Call Manager 4.0 and the resetting the CTI aware setting
also brings it back. Not sure why it drops. (1 or 2 times a month) If
anyone has an answer let me know. TAC does not support.
