[cisco-voip] Transcoding

I have setup my CMM blade (12.3(8)xy2) ACT card  and CM sees it and
registers.  I have put it in the CSS of my remote site.  I have added it
to the MRG and placed it on a phone at my remote site.  But when it
calls my central site I'm still seeing it as a G729 call.  What's wrong?
