Are there any bugs files for this or CCO troubleshooting docs?

We have experienced this on a few phones, but nothing switch wide.

I thought I responded to your earlier email but maybe I didn't...

Span the port going to one of the 7912s and get a sniffer capture for
30 seconds or so while you are having the resets.

Excessive broadcast or multicast traffic will cause all kinds of issues
with those phones (as well as ATAs). The symptoms include poor voice
  quality and random resets.

So, if you're not using cisco switches, (ie:
something to absorb those CDP packets), i've seen issues.. esp if you
have a 7920 on the same broadcast domain..

the 7960's don't like seeing cdp packets from anyone else. At
least you can turn it off in the 7920 in the hidden menus, and it stays
  off.

something to watch out for.. you may be able to configure your
switch to blacklist/sink the multicast mac address that the packets get
  sent to.
