[cisco-voip] IPCC Reason Codes

This would require custom workflows and may not be straight forward in
documentation. If you have trouble then... Please send this question to
TAC or look through previous posts from "Aaron Kent" and look for the

I know IPCC has reason codes for logout and not ready states, but does
anyone know how to use reason codes for every call? I have a customer
that requires a reason be entered at the end of each call to classify
the content of the call for later reporting.
