[cisco-voip] Change "Redirecting Number" Calling Plan/Type

With MGCP, it can't be done right now for the regular
calling/called party number either unless you have
multiple gateways. Each gateway has different setting
Thats the workaround in bug id (feature request?) on
this, CSCdt68985. Looks like you may need to get a
seperate feature request filed to get options added
for redirecting number settings.

To me, they should move this to the route pattern
settings and not on the gateway config page. I hate
having to reset a gateway to change plan/type setting
or calling ID number.
