[cisco-voip] Changing primary/default line appearance from line 1 to another line on phone

Does anyone know of a way with CCM 4.x to make another
line besides the first line the default line for when
someone lifts the handset or hits speaker button?

Customer wants user to be able to life handset, press
spekaer button and line 3 go offhook with dialtone
instead of the first line.
