[cisco-voip] connecting Least Cost Router to CME / VoIP gateway

Hi

Does anyone have experience connecting a least cost router to a VoIP
gateway. These devices are popular in some parts of the world where
people intercept outbound calls from cell phones and re-directing these
calls via a GSM Least Cost router instead of over the standard PSTN.

I believe people connect the LCR device (which looks like a modem and
has a SIM card in it) to standard analogue extension ports on a PBX. I
now want to connect the LCR to an FXS port on a router. I believe the
LCR will need digits passed on to it to make the outbound call via GSM.
What is the correct way to do this.

Any advice will be appreciated.

Erik Erasmus
