[cisco-voip] CMM Config with ACT

Just to close this out for the mailer.  There was a config issue for 
Andrew's problem.  The IOS switch config had a static route pointing 
the IP Address of the FE interface to the GE interface.  In looking at 
a packet capture it looks like the GE was terminating some of the 
audio.  This is a problem since the GE is only used for signaling.  
Andrew removed the static routes, as recommended by his TAC engineer, 
and now the audio is working.
