[cisco-voip] 7940 - "DSP Keepalive timeout"

Yes, I saw those on CCO, but those release notes do not mention 7.1(2) which
this broken phone is running.

I am just trying to understand whether I should send a guy to replace the
phone, or is there a software solution?
