You can get real time jitter stats off the phone by pressing the "i" or
"?" button twice while on a call. Jitter values after calls are
completed are stored in cdr..calldetailrecorddiagnostic in SQL. ART/CAR
offers reports on these. It's not so bad to peruse wtih basic SQL
knowledge. It's also reported in the CM traces when the call is
terminated. CM sends a stationconnectionstatisticsreqmessage to the
phone and the phone sends the packet count, byte count, jitter, and
latency back in stationconnectionstatisticsresmessage. These are visible
in detailed callmanager traces.
